Today at clinical I read through the the standard one-page consent form the hospital has the parents sign in order to have their child circumcised.
The first line is: “Circumcision is the choice of the parents. There is no medical benefit to circumcision.”
AND PEOPLE STILL DO THIS TO THEIR CHILDREN.
It goes on to say your child has a 1 in 100 chance of getting a UTI if they are not...

Okay, so, I just realized this visitor counter on OkCupid is the average per week. I think I’ve been on this site about 14 weeks now, and my average is 147 visitors. 147. Per week. And I’ve only met one person IRL out of all that.
